A strong and dynamic painting. The amount of visual detail and contrast could be overpowering, but the composition works well because of the flow lines through the shapes of the chillies leading the eye through the painting. Lovely understanding of colour and value around the forms, with careful observation of the variations in highlight intensity. Fabulous.

My artwork was featured in our class exhibition at the Keirunga Artists art room. Each class displays their work for one month of the year.

Receiving my Honorable Mention Award at the PANZ 2021 Convention. So excited to be among the place-getters as this was an international pastel exhibition.

The Rabbit, The Donkey and Sweetie were all accepted for this juried international online competition. Out of 309 paintings submitted, 147 were selected. Judged by Lyn Diefenbach from Australia.

The Rabbit featured on the PANZ Newsletter cover as the bi-monthly PANZ Challenge winner.
